Failing dental health can have a huge impact on your social life, your health and nutrition, and even your job prospects. Missing teeth can change the contours of your face, aging you beyond your years, and put considerable strain on your jaw.

Dental Implants
and Their Parts
Dental implants restore 99% of the biting power of natural teeth with three components that work together: the post, abutment, and restoration.
- The post integrates into the jawbone, serving as a tooth root, and helps maintain bone volume and prevent strain on the jaw joint.
- The abutment will sit on top of the post to hold the restoration.
- Your final restoration will be made from natural-looking material such as zirconia, which can withstand natural bite power and create a flawless, natural smile.
Dental implants are a versatile way to replace missing and unsalvageable teeth. We can replace any number of missing teeth seamlessly. While dental implants cost more than some other options for tooth replacement, they are by far the gold standard solution because of their superior strength and longevity.
Fortunately, we can provide affordable dental implants with our streamlined approach to setting multiple teeth on just a few implant posts. In fact, full-mouth dental implants frequently only need four to six posts for a strong, stable replacement for your full set of teeth!
Versatile Solutions for Rebuilding Your Smile
Single Tooth Implants
Don’t worry if you have one tooth missing as Dr. James Fetsch can replace an individual tooth with just a single implant and restoration that is made to look, feel, and function like part of your natural smile.
We’ll use state-of-the-art smile design technology to carefully match the shade and shape of your surrounding teeth for a seamless replacement.
Multiple Dental Implants
Missing a few teeth can create issues beyond incomplete smile esthetics.
We can correct this with an implant-supported bridge that replaces several missing teeth in one area with a single dental implant, making for a minimally invasive, customized treatment plan.
Implant-Supported Dentures
Implant-Supported Dentures are removable prosthetics like traditional dentures that clip onto dental implants for enhanced stability and function.
The implant posts will prevent loss of bone volume, preventing the fit of your denture from degrading over time and giving you a longer-lasting solution to tooth loss.
Full-Mouth Dental Implants
If you’ve been contemplating a complete smile restoration, our full-mouth dental implants might be the solution you’ve been looking for!
Implanted into the jawbone, full-mouth dental implants can restore complete smiles and biting power while preserving your jawbone.

Our Streamlined, Personalized
Dental Implant Process
Complete smile rebuilds are the most custom-made procedures we offer and ensuring we get it right down to the last detail is important. We start with the key ingredient to your dental implant procedure: the consultation.
We’ll not only discuss your dental concerns, but we’ll create your treatment plan based on the outcome you have in mind. We’ll take digital scans, obtain 3D imaging diagnostics, and complete a thorough examination of your current oral health. We’ll build out a treatment plan to target your concerns and restore your healthy smile esthetics.
We believe in transparency throughout the entire process, so we will explain the clinical situation to our patients, including what we see, what the smile goals are, and what treatment options will work for both parties.
Next, you’ll undergo surgery which may involve tooth extractions and bone grafting along with dental implant placement. We’ll administer your chosen sedation option to ensure your comfort and begin your procedure. While Dr. Fetsch performs free-hand procedures, he uses fully guided techniques for all our surgeries to ensure an efficient procedure, with precise and predictable results.
For full mouth dental implants, we’ll carefully select the ideal position and angle when placing four to six posts which will support your new set of teeth and give you the strength of healthy natural teeth while minimizing cost and expediting healing. Once your implants are placed, Dr. Fetsch will place a temporary restoration so you can begin using your brand new teeth immediately!
Once your mouth heals over the next three to six months through a process called Osseointegration, we’ll complete your last appointment and place your final restoration so you can enjoy your permanent, brand-new smile!
